REQUIRED INGREDIENTS
2 cups of flour, 3 teaspoons of sugar, 1½ teaspoon of baking powder, Boiled egg(s), ½ teaspoon of salt, 3 teaspoons of butter, 1½ litre of groundnut oil.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Mix the flour together with the other ingredients except egg. Peel the egg, spread the pastry on a flat surface and roll it round the egg. Each egg for each roll, then fry in a hot oil.
